1. Nature of Product

Exam Champion provides digital access to examination papers and educational materials. Since these are instantly accessible digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted to the Pro features or trial period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Payments: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.
• Technical Failures: If you have paid the LKR 100 fee but the system fails to activate your Pro features for more than 48 hours after notifying support.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed 30-day subscription periods.
• Change of mind after accessing the papers.
• Failure to cancel or use the 7-day free trial.

4. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment (via PayHere). Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
